- You'll uncover your AIA Vitality Age
- We may give you some Goals to activate and help your on your way to better health (you'll get points for completing those too!)

If pregnant, please speak to your healthcare provider about healthy weight gain and monitoring your health measures. BMI and waist circumference as health measures do not apply during pregnancy.
Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated using only your weight and height which means that sometimes it may give an inaccurate indication of body composition (e.g. body builders), where body fat percentage or waist circumference measure may be more accurate. As a screening tool, BMI is a widely accepted, reliable indicator of a person's weight status for the majority of the population.
Other measures taken during any other AIA Vitality screening may affect your AIA Vitality Age, and the overall evaluation of your health status; including the feedback you are given, and the goals recommended for you.
The AIA Vitality Health Review (VHR) is an online assessment based on your lifestyle, behaviours and physical activity levels that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. You will earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points for completing it.
Once you’ve completed the VHR, you’ll learn your AIA Vitality Age (your biological age, which can differ from your chronological age based on your answers to the VHR questions), and you may also have some Goals presented to you to help you on your way to better health. Please see the Goals page in the AIA Vitality section of your Rest app for more information on Goals.
The results of this VHR are calculated using clinically-based healthy ranges for adults aged 18+ years. Any AIA Vitality member aged under 18 years old is still able to complete the VHR, but is advised to contact their health professional for the clinically-determined healthy range results for their age.
No - we'll ask you questions about your lifestyle and behaviours, as well as your clinical measures for blood glucose (sugar), blood pressure, cholesterol, weight etc. If you don't know your clinical measures, it's okay. Simply indicate that you don't have the answer and upon completion, we will still present you with your report.
The AIA Vitality program will not suggest any Goals for members who are pregnant. Please speak to your healthcare provider about healthy weight gain and monitoring your health measures during pregnancy. Please note, BMI and waist circumference as health measures do not apply during pregnancy.

You can complete it as many times as you'd like but you'll only be eligible to earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points once per membership year.
It should only take you about 10 minutes to complete but perhaps you're quicker than we are!
