The Online Nutrition Assessment is an online assessment that gives you an overall view of your dietary and lifestyle habits so you can find out where you're doing well and where you can improve.

If you're keen to get more information on how you can improve your diet, AIA Vitality provides you with an AIA Vitality Nutrition Assessment - which is a virtual consultancy (phone or video) with one of three (Sonya Douglas, Glenn Harry or Dr Chloe Sacks) AIA Vitality-affiliated Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) that will provide you with expert, individual nutrition advice. You can save 50% off the initial consultation with one of the AIA Vitality-affiliated APDs, and earn 1,500 AIA Vitality Points. This special rate of $55 is available to all members, once a membership year.
