Terms & Conditions

• Standard flight benefit terms and conditions apply (including following the booking process and completing the registration form under the ‘Get Started’ tab in the website) via AIA Vitality, and completion of a full AIA Vitality Health Check in the last 12 months), along with some specifically to do with this limited-time offer
• Limited to 1 ‘plus one’ offer per AIA Vitality member (first booking made during the campaign period)
• Australian domestic flights, and flights to and from New Zealand only 
• Bookings must be made between 1 November 2021 - 31 December 2021 (but you can travel at any time, subject to flight availability)
• AIA Vitality member and travelling companion must be travelling together and listed on the same booking confirmation
• We acknowledge that it may have been difficult for members affected by lockdowns and restrictions to complete their VHC. To best ensure everyone can take advantage of this ‘Plus 1’ offer, members will have until 31 January 2022 to complete and submit proof of a completed AIA Vitality Health Check. This means members can book eligible flights during the campaign booking period (1 November – 31 December 2021) and a 10% cashback will be processed within the standard timeframe. The additional cashback (difference between 10% and the Status-based cashback member is entitled to with a completed VHC) will only be processed once the member submits proof of a completed VHC and the applicable flight booking confirmation to queries@aiavitality.com.au  (by 31 January 2022)
• Cashback for both travellers will be paid in one total amount into AIA Vitality member’s bank account. No split payments. You’ll need to double check your cashback bank account details in the AIA Vitality app are correct (iOS users: go to Account > Cashback Account, Android users: go to Menu > Cashback Account) to avoid any processing delays.
