Access status-based cashbacks on the first two flights booked in each membership year.
To qualify for a status-based cashback, you must complete your AIA Vitality Health Check within the last 12 months.
You'll only receive cashback on the base fare of eligible flights booked through the dedicated Virgin Australia booking portal (through the booking widget below). Flights booked via any other channel (including a travel agent, third party online booking site, directly through Virgin Australia's website or as part of a package) are NOT eligible for cashback.
Cashback is available on eligible economy and premium economy flights (one way or return) only. Please note that multi-city or round the world bookings are not eligible. Please note that flights must originate from an Australian city, and (for return flights) return to the same Australian city.

Cashback percentages vary based on your AIA Vitality status at the time of booking (not at the time of travel). Status-based cashback is only available for members who have completed an AIA Vitality Health Check within the last 12 months before booking. If you haven't completed your VHC, you can still access 10% cashback. However, a 10% cashback, with or without completion of a VHC, will count towards the usage of your two Status-based cashbacks.

Your cashback will not be paid if you purchased more than one ticket for yourself on the same flight, purchased a ticket at your AIA Vitality Status cashback in someone else’s name or transferred a discounted ticket to someone else. If the cashback had already been paid, you will be required to refund AIA Australia any cashback amount that has been paid to you within 60 days.
Bookings may include up to eight accompanying passengers, however no discounts will be applied to accompanying passengers.
NOTE: If you’re travelling together with someone else who is also an AIA Vitality member, he/she will need to book the relevant flight separately (going through their AIA Vitality account as per information above). Your two bookings can then be linked by contacting the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre on 13 67 89 (please note that Virgin Australia may need to speak with both members so it is recommended both are present when the call is made). You’ll need to supply the PNR for both bookings and request that these be linked to ensure the airline recognises that you are two parties travelling together. This PNR can be found on the itinerary which will be emailed to you.

Once you have booked your flight via the Virgin Australia portal, you will need to complete the below form to register your cashback directly with AIA Vitality. This is to ensure you will receive your cashback within six weeks. Failure to complete the form below may result in your cashback being delayed.

Members must have completed an AIA Vitality Health Check within the last 12 months prior to booking in order to qualify for the AIA Vitality Flight Benefit.
Members can get one free AIA Vitality Health Check at participating TerryWhite Chemmart, Amcal or Guardian pharmacies every membership year.
To be eligible to receive the cashback flights must also be booked at least 10 days prior to the day of departure.
The cashback process is automated. As long as you have logged into your AIA Vitality app and booked using the Virgin Australia booking engine, your cashback will be automatically paid into your bank account in six weeks. Please make sure your bank account details are accurately captured (in the account section of the app).
If you use Velocity Points to reduce the cost of the flight booking, please note the cashback payment will be calculated on the reduced base fare amount that is left outstanding (after Velocity points have been used).
All queries regarding all aspects of your flight booking including changes and cancellations must be directed to Virgin Australia’s Guest Contact Centre on 13 67 89. If you cancel a booking that you have received cashback for, you must pay AIA Vitality the cashback amount within 60 days of being refunded by Virgin Australia. An email will be sent with instructions regarding your cashback payable to AIA Vitality. If the cancellation was for a booking that was eligible for a status-based cashback, AIA Vitality will re-allocate one flight to your two cashback booking entitlements per membership year limit.
No, AIA Vitality will be notified by Virgin Australia if any changes are made to your flight bookings, so there is no additional need to contact and advise the AIA Vitality Member Services team when this happens.
