To unlink Polar, please click on "Unlink Polar".

To link your Polar account:

  1. In AIA Vitality,  enter your Polar Account email address above and click on ‘Link my Polar’
    Note: please make sure your Polar Account's email is the same as the one you've used to create your AIA Vitality account
  2. To finish the linking process:
    • Log into your Polar account and go to your 'Settings
    • Under 'Settings', click on 'Your Profile' tab then scroll to the bottom of the page
    • Accept ‘AIA Vitality’ to begin syncing the apps

How do I make sure my fitness tracking data syncs to AIA Vitality so I can receive points?

Remember to sync your Polar account frequently with your AIA Vitality app by opening it on a regular basis.

 

I've linked my Polar app but the above status still shows a "Pending" message. What's going on?

"Pending" will appear when AIA Vitality is waiting on your Polar app to send us your recent activity data. Please make sure you have accepted AIA Vitality syncing within your Polar account. If you have already done this and the “Pending” message persists after 48 hours, please check that your Polar account has been saving your activity data correctly.

 

I haven't received points for my activity today even though I have qualified?
Sometimes the points can take up to 24 hours to allocate.
