Take an AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment to earn up to 1,500 AIA Vitality points (750 points for attending and 750 points if results are within the healthy range).
You can take this assessment twice per membership year (6 months apart).

Points for blood pressure and BMI will only be awarded once (in total) per membership year. If you have already had points awarded for these measures from completing another check, you will not receive any additional points for completing them as part of the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment.

AIA Vitality will receive confirmation that you've completed your assessment and award you up to 1,500 points
The personal trainer may also offer you advice, support and guidance on your nutrition, exercise and general wellbeing
AIA Vitality members aged under 18 years old are not eligible to earn AIA Vitality points for any component of the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment
The AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment gives you a snapshot of how fit you are. The assessment includes:
Medical history, physical activity and readiness assessment, fitness goals as well as your health measures (BMI, blood pressure, waist circumference and fitness test).
AIA Vitality members under the age of 18 aren’t eligible to earn AIA Vitality points for the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment.
You can complete the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment twice a year (6 months apart) and earn up to 1,500 AIA Vitality points for each one (that's 750 points for attending the assessment and an extra 750 points if your fitness results are within a healthy range).
Your Fitness Assessment points are capped at 3,000 points each membership year. You can earn the full 3,000 points from your AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment in a membership year if two assessments are completed 6 months apart and the results are in the healthy range.
Absolutely. Simply book in at your preferred location.
As the Fitness Assessment measures your Body Mass Index (BMI) and blood pressure (BP), you'll also receive points for these.
Additional points will be allocated if your results are within the healthy range:
- 750 points for attendance (total 1,500 points for BMI and BP)
- 750 points for healthy range results (total 1,500 points for BMI and BP). Healthy ranges: BMI: 18.5 – 24.9, Blood pressure: <140/90mm/Hg.
The BMI and BP attendance and healthy range points can only be received once per membership year. If you've already earned points for these as part of the AIA Vitality Health Check (VHC) with a health professional, you will not earn points.
AIA Vitality members under the age of 18 aren’t eligible to earn AIA Vitality points for the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment.
