Keeping track of what you eat and drink gives you the power to learn more about what you're actually consuming. Here's what you need to know:

Ensure you've linked your Fitbit account to AIA Vitality here >

Log 3 meals per day for 7 consecutive days in the Fitbit app
It's important to stay up to date – you can't log a food more than seven days after eating it!

3.

Remember to do this again in the next calendar quarter to see if you're making improvements and also to maximise your points-earning potential.
