Keeping track of what you eat and drink gives you the power to learn more about what you're actually consuming. Here's what you need to know:
2.
Log 3 meals per day for 7 consecutive days in the Fitbit app
It's important to stay up to date – you can't log a food more than seven days after eating it!
3.
Remember to do this again in the next calendar quarter to see if you're making improvements and also to maximise your points-earning potential.
Fitbit users can log meals via their AIA Vitality-linked Fitbit account.
Selected Fitbit devices are capable of tracking meals - please check your specific device.
You can earn 1,200 AIA Vitality points per quarter for tracking your food.
We currently don't support manual additions to food logging via your AIA Vitality account. You'll need a compatible account from Fitbit or Jawbone to do so.
No, the requirement is one week per quarter so you can review the potential improvements you're making in your nutritional choices.
Even though you don't have a Fitbit device, you're able to create an account online with Fitbit. You need to ensure it's linked to your AIA Vitality membership and then remember to log food for seven consecutive days each quarter to earn points.
No - but it may mean you have to log food from more days in order to have seven consecutive days of food logged (with three meals per day). For example, if you forget to log a meal on day two, but remember to log meals on every other day, you'll need to log your meals over nine days to ensure you get your points.
