Sleep is important for your physical and mental wellbeing.

You'll earn 10 points per day you get seven hours (or more) of sleep.  Ensure you wear/use your compatible fitness device or app each time you grab some shut-eye.

Link a compatible device or app to your AIA Vitality account

Use your compatible device or app when you go to bed

3.

Sleep for a minimum of seven hours to earn 10 points (up to 2,000 points per membership year)
