To link your Garmin account:
- Make sure you have a Garmin Connect account and that you have connected your Garmin device(s) to that account
- If you don’t have a Garmin Connect account, visit the Garmin Connect website to register for one
- If your Garmin device is not compatible with Garmin Connect, you will need to install the Garmin Communicator Plugin available here to import your workouts from your device
- Click on ‘Link my Garmin’ and follow the prompts

How do I make sure my fitness tracker's data syncs to AIA Vitality so I can receive points?
Remember to sync your Garmin device with the Garmin app by opening it frequently. Do the same with your AIA vitality app on a regular basis to make sure data is synced between the two.
I've linked my Garmin app but the above status still shows a "Pending" message. What's going on?
"Pending" will appear when AIA Vitality is waiting on your Garmin app to send us your recent activity data. If this message persists after 48 hours, please check that your Garmin account has been saving your activity data correctly.
I haven't received points for my activity today even though I have qualified?
Sometimes the points can take up to 24 hours to allocate.
