No, the sleep tracking functionality in AIA Vitality reads the sleep data from AIA Vitality-compatible devices. The sleep data will be updated each time you sync your device within the AIA Vitality section of your Rest app.
Yes. You get awarded points for cumulative hours of sleep across a 24 hour period (midday to midday).
Not all personal fitness devices track sleep in the same way. AIA Vitality relies upon a "total sleep" figure that is sent from the specific device/app. Devices/apps where the sleep data is broken down into several different elements (some report it in segments) aren't able to provide this total figure to AIA Vitality.
Please check the app (either your device's app or app you're using to track sleep) to learn more about your sleep.
There are two possible answers to this question. Firstly, please de-link, then re-link your device with your AIA Vitality account. If this doesn't work, please log into your personal fitness device account and ensure that you have permitted 'sleep' to be one of the things that your device/app tracks and reports on.
