A mammogram is an X-ray of breast tissue that can find changes too small to be felt during a physical examination, and it is used to check for breast cancer in women who have no signs or symptoms. To qualify for points for this assessment you must be over 50 years old or have this test deemed clinically appropriate by your health professional.

If clinically appropriate, get a mammogram every two years and you'll earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points each year.
